Dan and Phil, former BBC Radio 1 presenters, now have a devoted following on social media with over 3 million subscribers. Taking their talents offline, they are presenting their first stage show “Interactive Introverts” in 18 countries to #GiveThePeopleWhatTheyWant.
Event Merchandising Ltd was tasked with creating pop up stores to support the global tour. To ensure high footfall and easy accessibility for their target market, EML procured key locations for pop up superstores. The first was on the beach front in Brighton and the second in The Stables Market in Camden.
EML supplied the fixtures and fittings, EPOS, security and vending crew; not forgetting the all-important props for ‘Instagrammable’ moments. Throughout opening times, staff we on hand to take these all-important shots. EML also collated a superb range of Dan and Phil merchandise exclusives.
The pop-up store had video walls, UV light tubes, giant neon signs and music collated by Dan and Phil. This enhanced the look and feel of the shopping experience, making the shop a great destination point for many visitors. There were long queues outside of the store and the tills rang constantly. Sales achieved were ahead of budget!
Jeremy goldsmith the managing director of Event Merchandising heard one group of fans saying.
“This is the greatest store ever and the best day of my life!”
