The gardens of Buckingham Palace were opened to the public in a summer festival to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Queen’s Coronation. Over 200 companies awarded the Royal Warrant of Appointment were part of the showcase which was split in to four interactive areas offering entertainment and shopping opportunities: Food and Drink, Design and Technology, Homes and Gardens and Style, Pursuits and Pastimes. In the evening, the Palace Gardens hosted a magnificent Coronation gala featuring a range of home-grown music and dance talent as well as performers from across the Commonwealth.
