Soccer Aid, the major celebrity sporting took place at Old Trafford
The range of scarves, shirts, wristbands, mugs and water bottles, all featuring the Soccer Aid and UNICEF logos, has been created, designed, produced and sold by Event! Merchandising, the UK’s leading event merchandise company. The range is available to purchase online as well as at Old Trafford on the day.
Two star-studded squads of celebrities and football legends represented England, managed by Sam Allardyce assisted by Robbie Williams, and The Rest of The World, managed by Jose Mourinho, to raise money for the world’s leading children’s organisation.
The colourful range included a wide variety of products designed to appeal to every type of consumer. Consumers can purchase the perfect souvenir of what is set to be a fun and memorable occasion as well support a good cause, with proceeds from the sale of these one-off products donated to UNICEF.
This iconic event is now in its fifth year and the previous matches, held at Wembley in 2008 and at Old Trafford in 2006, 2010 and 2012, raised over £12million in total for UNICEF’s work.
Event! Merchandising has over 30 years of experience and has provided bespoke merchandise and retail experiences at world class events including The Brit Awards, The Rugby World Cup 2015, Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and Crufts as well as working with brands such as Disney and Gucci.
The London-based company was an official licensee and event retailer for the London 2012 Olympic Games, having worked on designing the product range, supplied the staff, ran the epos and sold the products. Event! Merchandising is also official manufacturer and retailer for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Committee casa Brazil Boutique.
