Missing Link

After 3 years in the making and months of TV advertising, Laika’s new stop-motion animation film release “Missing Link” has finally hit the cinema screens worldwide, and Event Merchandising is proud to be a part of the launch!

Starring the voices of Hugh Jackman and Zach Galifianakis, Missing Link tells the story of Sir Lionel Frost (Hugh Jackman), an explorer of mythical beings, who embarks on an adventurous journey with Mr Link (a mythical being), to fulfill their joint mission of finding Mr Link’s family. The mission takes them through the fabled valley of Shangri-La which encounters danger of course, with villains hell bent on standing in their way, but will they make it with the help of resourceful adventurer Adelina Fortnight?… Bursting with humour, Missing Link answers the questions surrounding the past and future of mankind.


In conjunction with the film release, Event Merchandising was asked to use its expertise in film and creative merchandising, to design an online retail range of official Missing Link merchandise for kids and adults. The range boasts vibrancy and colour, a true representation of Laika’s fabulous character creations, and illustrates the film’s witty humour and captions throughout.

Part of the hero range is our creatively designed Mr Link’s “Things Are Looking Hairy” socks which is sure to be a winner amongst all!

Today (21 September) marks six months until the Opening Ceremony of the 2019 UCI Road World Championships will raise the curtain on the biggest cycling event ever held in the UK.

Later this evening iconic landmarks across Yorkshire will be lit up in the colours of the world champions’ rainbow jersey. Also to mark the occasion, Yorkshire 2019 has launched an official range of UCI Road World Championships merchandise and the ultimate VIP hospitality experience during the event.

Yorkshire 2019 is working with world leading Event Merchandising to produce an exciting range of cycling apparel, casual clothing and accessories: all of which celebrate the UCI Road World Championships returning to the UK for the first time since 1982.

The VIP experience will be delivered by the innovative and dynamic Zest Sports Group. Situated in the centre of Harrogate in a purpose built Pavilion right on the finish line, guests will enjoy unrivalled views of the action while receiving the full VIP treatment and a full day’s entertainment.

Carlsberg Edible Chocolate Pint Glasses


As part of the #IfCarlesbergDid campaign,
Event Merchandising was delighted to have
created artisan belgian chocolate pint glasses
branded Carlsberg, in partnership with a
bespoke chocolatier.

The chocolate glass design was a replica
of one of Carlsberg’s pint glasses and was
used to pour ice cold Carlsberg beer into,
at a PR stunt outside
London’s Old Truman Brewery in Shoreditch.

 Carlsberg unveiled a giant chocolate bar to reveal a pop-up traditional looking English pub, with all the intricacies made from nearly half a tonne of chocolate – a chocolate lover’s dream of all things chocolate and edible!

Pernod Ricard’s Beefeater Pink Gin


Beefeater Pink, a deliciously new strawberry flavoured dry gin was launched in 2018. The campaign launched with outdoor, digital

, on-trade and social media presence initially in Spain and the UK with further markets over the summer.

As part of the campaign in London, Event merchandising was asked to create a special giveaway at a tasting event in London, to promote the brand’s fashionable London roots and urban lifestyle culture.

Event merchandising created a beautiful and vibrant silk scarf using Beefeater Pink’s brand design which boasts fashion and fun, appealing to the more adventurous gin consumers.

The scarf was well received by those who love all things sweet and pink!

LOVE beauty AND planet

Event Merchandising was asked to create a collection of travel cups fitting for one of Unilever’s new beauty brand “LOVE beauty AND planet”, to be sold in Boots retail shops here in the UK.

LOVE beauty AND planet believes in producing products which not only makes one beautiful, but also respects and gives back to the planet by using ethically sourced, organic sustainable ingredients and recyclable packaging.

In response to the brief, Event Merchandising created a collection of four beautifully designed natural bamboo fibre cups, 100% BPA free.

Each full colour design promotes one of the natural ingredients used in LOVE beauty AND planet’s products, whilst the silicone grip is embossed with the brand’s logo. Each cup is packaged in a white card window box for simplicity and product visibility on retail shelves.

007 – James Bond

Event Merchandising has agreed a new partnership with EON Productions to run Event! will work closely with EON Productions and its Licensee’s in further developing it’s global merchandise appeal direct to the fans and will be developing unique products from the collection of films that form the backbone of this uniquely British franchise. The James Bond films have defined the spy genre since the release of Dr. No in 1962 and have served as a cultural touch point in a legacy that maintains popularity into the modern era of cinema.

Event are very proud to be working with Warner Brothers and Lumos on the Exclusive Newt Scamander Pin Badge. Available to purchase online until the 31st December 2018, Wizarding World fans can own their limited-edition wand pins, as well as help Lumos deliver their charity mission: “By 2050 all children will grow up in loving, nurturing, protective families.”

Faced with the reality that oftentimes orphanages leave children vulnerable to neglect, abuse, and trafficking; Lumos has done remarkable work reuniting over 31,500 children from orphanages into loving families. The Exclusive Newt Scamander Pin Badge is just one of the ways you can support this cause.

The beautifully crafted pin badge features Newt Scamander’s wand and an Occamy from the Fantastic Beasts films. At least 20% of the proceeds are donated to Lumos. It is available to purchase online.

Event Merchandising delivered thousands of pin badges to supporters all over the world, as well as support the set up the Fantastic Beasts: Wizarding World Wands supporting Lumos. The breath-taking wand installation illuminated the walkway between Millennium Bridge and St Pauls Cathedral in London every evening from 18th October until 13th November. An unmissable moment, actors dressed as Wizards brought the Wizarding World to life in London.



Winter Wonderland 2018

Festive celebrations have begun with the opening of Hyde Park Winter Wonderland 2018 and Event Merchandising is proud to be a part of it!

Event Merchandising is delighted to have created a Secret Forest themed range of products for this year’s Magical Ice Kingdom, which can be purchased in the official Winter Wonderland gift shop on site and on line.

Visitors will journey through the enchanted forest (set in minus degrees) and discover the mythical creatures of the woodland. Guided by fauns, they will see the amazing ice sculptures which are sure to take everyone’s breath away, from life-sized magical unicorns to daring white wolves.

Their journey will end in the Magical ice Kingdom shop where gifts can be purchased. The new product range boasts magical unicorns, white wolves with icy blue eyes, an authentic engraved wooden keyring and a forest design beanie and matching gloves.




New for this year at Winter Wonderland is Backyard Cinema’s, The Snowman Experience which is an immersive cinematic adventure to celebrate 40 years of the iconic animation we all know and love.

The London Coliseum, home of English National Opera (St Martin’s Lane)

The English National Opera has opened its doors to the public for the first time of their new ENO branded gift shop, with the help of Event Merchandising Ltd.

The ENO Shop which resides in the south entrance adjacent to the dome mosaic, has been purpose built from unused space, to now boast a range of ENO branded product inspired by the sheer opulence and grandeur of The London Coliseum.

For those with a passion for design and creativity, the shop also displays an appreciation of one-off costume pieces from the theatre set for purchase.


Event Merchandising was bought in as a consultative agency to design and build the shop with all fixtures and fittings and create a diversified range of gift products to appeal to ENO visitors.



Only a few weeks old, the ENO shop is already proving to be a big hit with visitors, with two of its most popular selling gifts – the ENO branded classic A5 soft cover notebook in mustard yellow, and an outstanding umbrella whose inner canopy design is a gorgeous replica of the golden dome mosaic inside the Coliseum.



The array of gifts have been carefully selected and designed to incorporate the beautiful architecture of The London Coliseum, the home of English National Opera. The ravishing dome mosaic and auditorium ceiling can be seen on glass domed magnets, photographic note cards and post cards.

The iconic stage curtain can be seen on a classy satin finished mug, tea towel and tote bag.


The beautiful stained-glass dome can be seen on a scented candle and gift set of coasters.


Director of Event Merchandising Ltd, Jeremy Goldsmith is delighted to have been involved in such a big development project for ENO.
